We have several available methods to place an order! You can purchase through our website directly. You can use the “Request a Custom Gift” link in the menu. You can call us to place your order. You can text or email your order. You can even chat with us about your order. You pick the method that is most convenient for you!
We are located in Aurora, IL and can hand deliver within 50 miles of our studio location (delivery fees may apply). We service the greater Chicagoland area, with emphasis on the western suburbs - including Aurora, Naperville, St. Charles, Geneva, North Aurora, Batavia, Montgomery, Sugar Grove, Oswego, Warrenville, Winfield and beyond! Our shop, located at 725 Morton Avenue in Aurora, is more of a design studio where we house our inventory and create your gifts. On occasion, we will have gifts available for immediate purchase. You are always welcome to stop by and see us for the latest selections or to discuss a custom gift.
The more time we have to create your gifts, the better - especially around the holidays. Typically, we would recommend 3-4 days advanced notice. During the end of year holidays, we recommend a minimum of two to three weeks, or more depending on the order quantity. There are times when a popular item may run out of stock and planning ahead allows us time to adjust or bring more stock in.
Yes! Whether it's table favors, a gift for a special speaker or event gifts for all of your guests, we are happy to work with you to create a memorable experience.
Actually, it doesn't! Simply tell us who your recipient is and the occasion and we can take it from there! If you prefer to provide more details and be more involved in the process, that's great, too! You can also utilize our Gift Builder or our Request a Custom Gift form.
We reserve the right to make any last-minute substitutions of equal or greater value if we are out of stock on an item or a supplier has unexpectedly discontinued an item. We reserve the right to make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift out the door in a timely manner.
At this time, Celebratopia does not have liquor license, so we are not able to purchase alcohol for your gift. However, you may purchase and deliver beer or wine to us to be included in your gift. Please note, your gift will need to be picked up at our Aurora location, as we are not able to ship or deliver gifts that include alcohol.
Absolutely! In fact, we recommend it! Enter your personalized note when placing your website order. You can also email or chat with us and we will be sure to include it with your gift.
In most cases, yes. It really depends on the availability of the items you are requesting. Please allow extra time to find and procure the requested items. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Of course! Please call ahead to discuss the product(s) you would like to include. Please note, that depending on the number of gifts and type of items you will be bringing to us, a design fee may apply.
Possibly! It really depends on the gift and the changes you are requesting. We will do our best to come as close to your expectation as we can. Contact us and we will work through it!
Potentially, yes. It really depends on the availability of the gift container and the contents. If we can't replicate the gift precisely, we'll do our best to match it. Reach out and we'll figure it out!
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We offer standard and expedited shipping services and some items may ship for free. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
This depends on where your gift is going to and what type of shipping service you select at checkout. All orders within the United States are considered domestic orders and they are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Shipping times are separate from gift creation. Larger orders may need more time. Contact us about any questions you have about your order, we are happy to help!
In most cases, we should be able to accommodate your same day request. Please contact us directly to check the schedule. We will do our best to fulfill your order.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If your gift is being delivered, we will send a delivery confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over two business days, please contact us for additional assistance.
Yes - as long as the patient is able to receive gifts. Please include the hospital address, and the patient's name and room number when placing your order. Some hospitals may not allow balloon deliveries or may restrict the type of balloons they allow (such as no latex balloons or no foil balloons in the ICU). Please check with the hospital before placing your balloon order.
Yes - we offer pick up during our normal business hours. If you need special arrangements, we can work with you on a pick up time.
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept several online payment options, such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Feel free to contact us for other payment options not listed.
If you order has not been processed yet, we will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within two (2) business days and may take additional time to show up in your account.
Once production has started on your order, we are unable to provide a refund. Please contact us and we will work with you on any issues you
may have.
We occasionally offer codes to our customers and subscribers for special promotions. See our General Information page for more information on using a promotional code. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new promotional codes are available.
We make every effort to create and pack your gift carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
