eGift Cards (Gift Certificates)
You may purchase eGift Cards through our website for future purchases. All eGift Cards are delivered via email and are not refundable or returnable. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact us immediately. eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders ship from Chicago, IL and Peoria, AZ, Monday to Friday. Regular orders placed by noon (12:00 p.m. CST) ship the same business day. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are sending a gift to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping charges will apply.
Please Note: All orders that include alcohol must ship from our Peoria, AZ location. If you would like to substitute a non-alcoholic beverage in place of an alcoholic beverage, we can create a similar basket for you for local delivery. Please contact us directly for this service.
We also offer standard local delivery within the greater metropolitan Chicago area on select gifts, including custom designed. The delivery area encompasses approximately 50-60 miles from our studio location in Alsip, IL. Standard local delivery is within 2-3 business days. The fee for standard local delivery is $15.00 per order. Expedited hand delivery (24-48 hours) on select gifts, including custom designed is available for $26.00 per order.

We make every effort to pack your gift carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your gift arrives damaged or your experience is anything less than stellar from start to finish, we're here to make it right. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 773-675-2404.
We will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund prior to processing your order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within two (2) business days.
If you purchased a product at full price, and the price is reduced within 7 days of your original date of purchase, we will honor a request for adjustment.
We occasionally offer codes to our customers and subscribers for special promotions. If you have issues with a promotional code at checkout, please call us at 773-675-2404.
The following guidelines apply:
1. Celebratopia promotional codes have no cash value and their face value cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
2. We are unable to honor competitor’s promotional codes.
3. In the event that the total selling price of the purchase is less than the Celebratopia promotional code amount, only the purchase price will apply to the discount and no cash back is ever provided in exchange for any promotional codes.
4. Celebratopia reserves the right to limit purchase quantities to customers and employees.
5. Celebratopia reserves the right to cancel or amend special promotions at any time.
6. Unless otherwise specified, Celebratopia promotional codes are for one-time use only and are valid only through their expiration date (if applicable).

CREATING A GIFT
What will my gift look like? I won’t be there to see them open it.
> For our standard gifts, the photo of the product is what will be sent out. If any substitutions are made, you will be notified and we will email you a photo of the finished product. If you have ordered a custom designed gift, you will receive an email with a photo of the finished product.
How will they know it’s from me? Can I send a card?
> Every gift you send includes a complimentary gift message which will be hand written or printed and attached to your gift. You can even upload an optional photo or logo to be added to your gift. Every effort will be made to correct any misspellings and we may contact you regarding any correction, however we do not guarantee that we will find or have the ability to correct any or all errors.
Can I view my gift messages after I’ve placed my order?
> When you add a written gift message to your order, the message is stored with your order on the Celebratopia website. You will be able to see any gift messages you’ve included in previous orders by going to your Account. Your Account is protected by the user name and password you’ve selected. Written gift messages will remain in the permanent record of your gift and be accessible for at least 18 months from the date of order.
Will my recipient be notified of the delivery?
> If you provide the recipient's email address in the Order Comments section of your order, we will email a tracking number to your recipient to let them know when to expect your delivery so they can keep it out of harm's way. This is just a notification with a tracking link - we will not disclose any other information about your gift.
Will I receive tracking information?
> Yes - we will send tracking information to the gift buyer to let you know that your gift has been shipped.
My promotional code isn’t working at checkout.
> Our system only accepts one code at a time, so please make sure you haven’t already submitted one with your order. Unless specifically noted, our codes can only be used on one order and may have an expiration date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I know you received my order?
> When you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and receipt.
Can I track my order?
> Yes! When your gift is out for shipment, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
When will my order ship?
> Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment unless otherwise specified. If you have used our scheduled delivery feature, we will ship your gift to ensure it arrives at its destination before or on the scheduled date.
When will my order be delivered?
> Your order will ship from either our Alsip, IL location or our Peoria, AZ warehouse. All gifts containing alcohol must ship from our Peoria, AZ warehouse. Please see the Availability section of each gift for shipping information. For orders placed with free standard shipping, please allow 2-6 business days for your gift to arrive at its destination. In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events that may affect shipping services, your shipment may be delayed.
Can I send gifts to recipients in multiple locations?

OUR SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We reserve the right to make last-minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item or a supplier has unexpectedly discontinued an item. We will make every effort to contact you to approve the substitution ahead of time, but if we don’t hear from you, we will make an appropriate item swap in the interest of getting your gift out the door in a timely manner.
Your account helps you keep track of your order history, gifts you’re currently building, your favorite products and wish list so you can return to them later.
